The breakfast was very very good! The buffet selection was satisfactory. They have THE BEST MUFFINS. I also enjoyed the yogurt and all the toppings you could add (chia seeds, dessicated coconut, dried cranberries, nuts, etc). The room that we stayed was also quite nice. I messaged the property regarding some concerns (noise because of the harbor, broken heater, leaking shower door, etc) which I saw in other reviews (after I had already made the booking) and they did their best to make sure my stay would not be troubled by these concerns. They put us in a room away from the harbor side, so it was quiet at night. The heater was working quite well. Last but not the least let me mention Akhona, who was so very helpful and hospitable during our stay. She checked in every evening to see if we needed anything else and if everything was okay.

Spacious apartment for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids). Two TVs (one in parent room and one for kids) which was a bonus. Nice little kitchen with all necessary appliance. Decent restaurants with good food. We stayed only two nights so we enjoyed the menu. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Breakfast was good and plentiful. Staff exceptional. Very attentive, friendly and helpful. Many thanks to restaurant staff. Special mention of General Manager Sihle Griffiths and deputy manager Lupalisa and Daryl at the front desk . They were simply exceptional . They are absolute gem of a people. I had a problem with my dinner order and these guys dealt with it very professionally and exceptionally well. Full credit to them. If I ever visit Cape Town again I’ll definitely come back to this hotel and get spoiled by these guys. I highly recommend this hotel as the entire staff is not only good but outstanding.

Great location, comfortable room, spotless. Nice to have well-working wifi, a little balcony, coffee machine in the room, and a restaurant/bar downstairs. Very close to waterfront and conference centre and seems safe to walk around during the day.

Perfect location, especially for those going in a cruise like us. Very nice staff ready to help in every situation. Helped us with meals for an allergic child. The room was a bit shabby but comfortable enough, and rather big and even clean but for the floors - those made the kids” socks black in a couple of hours. The balcony chairs were dirty too. The bed was very comfortable, the blanket big and warm. We slept really well both nights we stayed in the hotel. Good and clean towels, enough shampoos and bath gel. We also found a couple of small bottles of water in the fridge, some coffee cream and coffee capsules, but only two cups, two plates and two forks for four people. We liked the restaurant too, we tried it for dinner and it was nice and tasty. Be aware of mosquitoes: better bring some fumigators causes to avoid that the mosquitoes eat you all.

Great breakfast offerings. Secure parking behind locked doors. Direct access to our room without having to go through reception every time. Security was highly visible which gave peace of mind considering the crime levels in S.A. I'm South African born and bred (67yrs old) The canal ferry is a great attraction.

Breakfast was great thanks and the staff was excellent... My husband broke his hip on Christmas day and I am from Langebaan, so had to drive to the hospital every day. Unfortunately you only had the one night available for me, I know it was the festive season, but when I check out the next day, the staff was very nice and I could sit on the patio to wait for visiting hours at the hospital... the reception told me I can just ask if I need anything, so they charged my phone for me and the guy at the bar was also very friendly and kind... Thank you,

The location was very convenient in relation to the International Convention Centre. The mountain view is lovely and the area felt safe, even though it is within the harbour precinct. The staff were friendly and accommodating and the room was neat and smelt fresh. And thanks for complimentary bottled water (x2).

Brilliant Location, close to the Convention Centre and a lovely walk along the canals to the V&A Waterfront. Amazing views over the working harbour and cruise ships coming and going. The unit was spacious and had all the amenities needed. Can recommend.
